Time To Start Exercising Again
So Every so often I'll start to feel a little stiff, sore, and overall not great, and I weighed myself, at 270 lbs. Which is just slightly under where I was when I last weighed myself, though that was a long time ago. So it's time to start working out again. The annoying thing is I hate starting to exercise so close to when the area I live in switches from warm to the fires of hell. And we are getting there quickly. I've set my goal to get down to 220 lbs, I'm going to say by December. I don't know if that goal is reasonable, or too short, or too long, but that's the goal I have made. I think...I set it on an app and don't want to bother looking at it right now. I do this not just for my health, though that should be reason enough, but also because I'm hoping to cosplay during a couple conventions next year, if we're lucky enough to have them (Everyone get your god damn shots!) And would rather not be Kamen Rider Fat Ass. So to get to my goals, I'm going to work on A) cutting back on the soda. I drink way too much of it. I know it all too well, Though we'll be in the time of year where I start drinking more water, so that should help. B) more physical activity. I'll start walking more, or using my mother's treadmill, and will try to find maybe a martial arts class or something to get me moving and could be fun. Maybe every so often I will post how I'm doing to keep me in check. I think I'll post a follow-up sometime in May to see how I'm doing.
